A couple of years back we picked up this Dollhouse at an estate sale. At the time, we were told that this piece was thought to be a Mortiz Gottschalk dollhouse. We have no way of confirming, but it does have many of the hallmarks. The piece is about 22" wide and about 13" deep. The house measures 19" to the roof base and approximately 25" to the peak of the hip roof. The front of the dollhouse opens displaying an upstairs and downstairs with interior doors, wallpapered walls, and painted/designed floors. The bottom of the dollhouse is marked and numbered 6605. There are missing pieces of exterior railing along with one piece that would need to be reattached. Please review the pictures carefully for additional information and detail.
